摘要
对比国内外高温烃泵机械密封的设计,介绍其不同的选型方案,通过简要计算外冲洗和自冲洗方案所需冲洗流量,分析了外冲洗和自冲洗方案所需能耗。从提高安全可靠性和降低能耗的角度,探讨了高温烃泵机械密封设计选型的意见及需要关注的问题。
The design of high-temperature hydrocarbon pumps both in China and abroad are compared, and different selection options are described. The required flowrates of external flush and auto-flush are calculated and their respective energy requirements are analyzed. The selections of mechanical seals for high- temperature hydrocarbon pumps and relative concerns are discussed in respect of improvement of safety, reliability and energy consumption.
