应用多刚体动力学仿真分析软件MD.ADAMS建立滚切式横切剪的参数化模型,通过分析得出上下剪刃重叠量曲线,利用ISIGHT集成MD.ADAMS自动化性能分析,优化重叠量曲线,提高产品性能,缩短设计周期。
Using multi-rigid-body dynamic simulation analysis software MD.ADAMS to create the parameterized model of rolling cut type crop shear,obtain the curve of top and bottom knives overlap through analysis.Application of ISIGHT integration MD.ADAMS automation performance analysis,optimizing the curve of top and bottom knives overlap,upgrading the product performance,shortening the design time.
