Practice of and Thought on the Establishment of Learning-oriented College Party Organizations

党的十七届四中全会提出创建学习型党组织的战略,是建设党的新的伟大工程的重要举措。作为培养社会主义事业建设者和可靠接班人的高校,开展学习型党组织创建活动必须走在全社会的前列,把培养党的人和专业技术人才结合起来,树立新的学习观,增强持续学习力,学以立德,学以增智,学以致用,以组织建设提升人才培养质量。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth CPC Central Committee puts forward that the strategy of establishing learning-oriented party organizations was an important measure to construct the party＇s new great project.As a college of cultivating socialist cause builders and reliable successor,its establishing activities of study-oriented party organizations should be carried out ahead of the society.We should combine cultivating party members with cultivating professional technicians,build up a new learning concept,enhance continuous learning force,build morality by learning,increase intelligence by learning,put knowledge into practice and promote the talent cultivating quality through organization construction.
