关于扬州市旅游人才开发的调查分析

Investigation on and Analysis of Tourism Human Resources Development in Yangzhou

旅游人才开发是做大做强扬州旅游业的关键和根本,但目前扬州旅游业人才培养和引进严重滞后于旅游业的发展速度。本文分析了扬州旅游人才开发存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,为扬州旅游人才队伍建设和扬州旅游业进一步发展提供有益建议。

The development of tourism talents is the key to enlarge and strengthen the tourism industry in Yangzhou.However,tourism personnel training and recruitment are lagging behind the pace of tourism development.In order to solve the problem mentioned above,it puts forward the following measures： making ＂Yangzhou Tourism Talent Development Plan＂;combining conventional training and topic-specific training;taking various incentive measures actively to retain and recruit talented people;perfecting training system and optimizing the integration of tourism resources for education,which provide a solid support for Yangzhou tourism human resources ultimately.
