丹红注射液治疗脑梗死67例疗效观察

文章将129例患者分为两组,使用丹红注射液治疗脑梗死患者67例,并与同期单纯西药常规综合治疗的62例作对比观察,观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效。得出结论:丹红注射液能明显改善患者的临床神经功能缺损程度,恢复工作能力,总有效率达89.55%,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血液流变学观察显示该药能提高患者生活质量,显著降低血粘度,且优于对照组,无不良反应,有一定的推广应用价值。
