中西医结合法治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating acute cerebral infarction in the integrative medicine

目的:观察和探讨西药常规治疗联合补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:对照组46例患者发病初期给予血管扩张剂,碳酸氢钠静脉滴注,罂粟硷缓慢静脉滴注;治疗组47例患者在对照组的基础上采用西药常规治疗联合补阳还五汤方案进行治疗。结果:治疗组整体有效率为95.7%;对照组整体有效率为71.7%。结论:西药常规治疗联合补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效明显。

Objective： To observe and explore the clinical effects of treating acute cerebral infarction with the Western medicine plus BYHWD decoction. Methods： 46 patients in control group was given at the early onset vasodilators, intravenous infusion of sodium bicarbonate, slow intravenous infusion of opium poppy; 47 patients of treatment group, on the basis of the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine plus BYHWD decoction. Results： The overall effective rate of treatment group was 95.7%; Control group, the overall effective rate was 71.7%. Conclusion： The effect of treating acute cerebral infarction with the Western medicine plus BYHWD decoction was significantly.
