中西医结合治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

目前国内医学界对非小细胞肺癌的治疗有几点共识:早期非小细胞肺癌(IA、IB、IIA、IIB)的治疗首选外科手术完全切除;可以完全切除的早期非小细胞肺癌术后不必做辅助性放疗;IIIA期(N2)非小细胞肺癌的术前诱导化疗(新辅助化疗)对提高手术切除率及改善生存期有一定得好处;可以完全切除的IA、IIB、IIA、IIB或IIIA期非小细胞肺癌的术后辅助化疗[1]。从患者可能存在微小病灶转移的角度上看是合理的;局部晚期非小细胞肺癌应用化疗与放疗结合疗法;转移性晚期非小细胞肺癌应用化疗优于最佳支持疗法,主张用以铂为基础的良药联合,化疗期限以四个周期为宜;晚期衰弱病人合理的支持疗法是需要的,伴有贫血的患者可以应用促红细胞生成素(EPO),可减少输血和改善生活质量[2]。在非小细胞肺癌的治疗方面存在共识的基础上也产生了治疗的亮点,在此基础上研究中医药治疗非小细胞肺癌的特色。
