摘要
目的:探讨中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组给予自拟胃炎汤治疗。结果:治疗组的显效率和总有效率均高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效优于西药,不良反应小,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To investigate clinical effects of treating chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 patients in each group. Control group received conventional treatment western medicine, the treatment group received treatment from the soup to be gastritis. Conclusion： TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis effective than Western medicine, having no side effects. It is worthy of clinical use.
