摘要
目的:观察滋肾活血祛斑汤联合中药面膜治疗女性黄褐斑的疗效。方法:选取符合条件的女性黄褐斑患者50例,给予自拟滋肾活血祛斑汤口服,每日2次,同时给予中药面膜外敷,每周2次。治疗4周为1疗程,3个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗总有效率86%。结论:滋肾活血祛斑汤联合中药面膜治疗女性黄褐斑效果较好。
Objective： To observe the effect of treating female chloasma with Zishen Huoxue decoction combined with TCM facial mask. Methods： 50 cases of patients were treated by Zishen Huoxue decoction orally twice a day, meanwhile treated with TCM facial mask twice a week. The course of the treatment is 4 weeks. Observing the effect after 3 courses. Results： The total effective rate was 86%. Conclusion： Treating female chloasma with Zishen Huoxue decoction combined with TCM facialmask made a great effect.
