莫菲氏滴壶临床应用中的观察与对策

Observation and strategy in clinical application of muphy's drip pot

目的:研究莫菲氏滴壶上端关闭调节器对回血的影响。方法:共300例输液患者,每位患者连续2天输液,2次输液时调节器分别为夹闭在莫菲氏滴壶下端(其莫菲氏滴壶上端调节器打开)为对照组,及调节器夹闭莫菲氏滴壶上端输液管(其莫菲氏滴壶下端调节器打开)为实验组,见有回血3秒钟记录每次输液时的回血长度。结果:静脉输液时调节器夹闭在莫菲氏滴壶上端及下端时的回血长度分别为(46.5±1.2)cm及(31.2±8.7)cm。结论:静脉输液时调节器夹闭在莫菲氏滴壶上端的输液管较调节器夹闭在莫菲氏滴壶下端的输液管时回血长度长(P<0.01),有利于穿刺成功。

Objective： To study the effect of closed regulator on the top of muphy＇s drip pot on blood return. Methods： A total of 300 cases of transfusion patients, each patient infusion for 2 days, 2 infusion were clipped when the regulator drops pot in the bottom of muphy＇s （muphy＇s drip pot of its top regulator on） for the control group, regulator clamping the upper end of muphy＇s drip infusion tube pot （the bottom of Murphy＇s regulator drip pot on） as the experimental group, recording each length of returning blood every 3 seconds. Result： The lengths of the blood returning when intravenous infusions in muphy＇s regulator clamping the top and bottom of the pot were （46.5 ± 1.2） cm and （31.2±8.7） cm. Conclusion： The lengths of the blood returning when intravenous infusions in muphy＇s regulator clamping the top is longer than that of the bottom of the pot, beneficial to puncture successfully.
