摘要
应用工业工程的方法和技术对轿车制造过程中影响操作时间的因素进行了分析，结合标准化的基本原理对这些因素进行了统一、优化，提出了因素值的确立、验证和测量方法，并根据确定的标准理论值进行了作业时间改进分析和实际应用举例，最后简单说明了轿车操作时间定额标准的重要作用。
By applying the methods and techniques of industrial engineering, this article makes analysis of the factors affecting the operation time in the course of car manufacturing,integrates and optimizes these factors in the fundamental principles of standardization.It proposes the methods for determination, verification and measurement of factor value, analyzes the improvement of operation time and gives examples of its application in reality based on the determined standard theoretical value. Finally the article gives a brief explanation of the importance of the operation time quota for car manufacturing.
