Bluetooth technology enables portable electronic devices to connect and communicate wirelessly via short - range, while USB is applicable to communicate with PC computer. This paper introduced a technique to achieve a new intelligent speaking system through mobile termination and the Bluetooth as well as the USB of the net card. This speaking system extends the application of mobile termination and net card, and enables speaker to walk freely during speaking.
