摘要
对铁道车辆目前常用的离心沉淀式机械过滤器的流动阻力特性和过滤效率进行了分析,在此基础上提出了新型结构形式的机械过滤器,并借助计算流体力学(CFD)软件和试验测试2种研究方式,对新型过滤器的阻力特性和过滤效率进行了对比。结果表明,改进结构后的c型过滤器具有较为优良的性能。
The flow resistance features and filtering efficiency of the centrifugal settling type mechanical filter for rolling stock are analyzed,on the basis of which,the mechanical filter with the new structure type is put forward.With the help of the two research methods of Calculating Flow Dynamics(CFD) software and the testing measurement,the resistance features and the filtering efficiency of the new type of filters are compared.The result shows that the c type filter after reform has fairly good performance.
