Discussion of Load-Bearing Features of Worm Rubber Articulation of Axle Box Pulling Rods for High Speed Trains

分析了高速列车上的轴箱拉杆涡杆式橡胶关节的结构特点、成型方式、刚度匹配及产品疲劳特性,结果表明,涡杆式橡胶关节具有良好的刚度匹配特性,能够满足设计需要的疲劳寿命要求。

The structure features,molding way,stiffness matching and fatigue features of the worm rubber articulation of axle box pulling rods for high speed trains are analyzed.The result shows that the worm rubber articulation has fairly good stiffness matching features and can meet the fatigue life requirements needed in design.
