我国省级公共图书馆数字参考咨询服务合作模式现状分析

Models of Collaborative Digital Reference Service:Based on the Investigation of Provincial Public Libraries in China

通过对我国省级公共图书馆网站开展数字参考咨询服务合作情况的调研,发现各地区联合参考服务发展极不平衡,但是合作的成熟模式已逐渐凸现,而且跨地区、跨系统联合发展的趋势显现。提出积极开展合作、整合共享平台的发展建议。

By investigating the development of the collaborative digital reference services of the provincial public libraries in China,finds there is a big gap between different areas,but well-considered collaborative models are appearing,and cross-regional and cross-fields are happening.Four proposals are put up for the future development of collaborative digital reference service in China：taking part in some collaborative alliance,improving construction of standards and criterions,applying lib2.0 technologies and integrating platform of information resources sharing.
