论公平与效率“互促同向变动”的内在关联性

On the Intrinsic Correlation of "Mutual Acceleration in the Same Direction" between Fairness and Efficiency

公平与效率间存在"互促同向变动"的内在关联。这一内在关联性之所以存在,从基本逻辑来看,是由于公平与效率都服务于人类发展和福利最大化这一终极目标,二者具有逻辑上的一致性和统一性。更为严谨的经济理论模型论证也表明,二者在内在关联性上的确属于"互促同向变动"性质。就我国当前实现公平与效率良性互促而言,应在思想认识上坚持"互促同向变动"论,在实践中紧紧抓住制度公平这个能动因素,在经济制度的改革上要特别重视第一次分配的公平,在社会制度的改革上要重点关注房地产领域的公平。

Since the reform and opening up, there are various ideas about the relation between fairness and efficiency in our country. These viewpoints are distinct and mutually exclusive. In fact, there is an intrinsic correlation concerning the 'mutual accelerating in the same direction' between them. Analyzing from the angle of basic logic, the reason of the intrinsic correlation is in their consistency and uniformity which depend on the ultimate goal serving in the maximization of human development and benefits. In addition, more rigorous argumentation from economic theory model shows also the intrinsic correlation. If we want to have better interaction between fairness and efficiency in our country, we should insist on the viewpoint of 'mutual accelerating in the same direction' in ideological understanding, holding on to the system fairness as active factor in practice, focusing on the fairness of the first distribution in the reform of economic system , and paying special attention to the fairness of real estate in the reform of social system.
