Some Considerations about the Prefessional Co-operation of Tibetan Famersand Nomads

尽管西藏农牧民专业合作社已有了较快发展,但仍存在着诸如组织成员结构有显著的异质性、推进资本化经营存在障碍、农民技术协会不规范,以及市场交易成本仍高等一些问题。"十二五"期间应从规范组织类型、继续加强政府支持、培育产业以及金融支持等方面使西藏农牧民专业合作社得到进一步完善。

The prefessional co- operation of famers and nomads has already gone for long way. For instance, the area of Lhasa depends on its geographical advantage and Nakqu prefecture depends on itsbrand strategy etc. However, there still been some problems in the precess of the development, such as deferences exists in the structure of the orgnizational members, obstakles exists on the operation pre-cess of capitalization, the technical association of famers and nomads is not regulated, and the cost of market exchange still rather high. During the implementation of ＂the twelveth five year;＇ plan, the typeof co- operation of famers and nomads will be regulated, govenmental suport will be continuously strenghtened and industrial caltivating and bank suport will be further improved.
