西藏作为建设国家重要生态安全屏障和安全屏障的地区,必须在两个"安全"方面为国家作出突出贡献。西藏生态对区域和国家社会经济发展具有重要意义,而西藏建立和完善生态补偿机制是实现生态安全屏障的重要手段。

Tibet as targets of building nation＇s ecological security barrier and security barrier, it must deliver great contributions towards the two security barriers. This paper analyzes the importance of Tibet＇s ecology to regional and national socioeconomic development,and proposes the viewpoint of establishment and completion of Tibet＇s ecological compensation mechanism should be recognized as an important measure of realizing China＇s ecological security barrier.
