大鼠神经管畸形发育过程中Survivin的表达变化及意义

摘要 目的研究Survivin在SD大鼠神经管畸形发育中的表达变化及意义。方法建立过量维甲酸致SD大鼠神经管畸形发育模型,应用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应和蛋白印迹技术检测Survivin基因、蛋白的表达和变化。结果 1.在所检测的四个时间点均有Survivin表达;2.与对照组相比较,致畸组Survivin蛋白和基因均有显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin可能在过量维甲酸所致大鼠神经管畸形发育中起细胞保护的作用。 Objective To investigate the expression change of survivin in the development period of rat nerve tube defect(NTD).Methods To establish the development model of rat nerve tube defect induced by excessive retinoic acid,then RT-PCR and Western Blot were used to detect the expression of survivin.Results 1.There were survivin mRNA and protein in four detected time points;2.Compared with the control group,survivin in NTD group had a significant increase(P0.05).Conclusion Survivin may play a cytoprotection in the development of rat NTD which induced by excessive retinoic acid.
