高氟铝和铝引起低龄鸡骨发育不全 被引量:2

An Experimental Study on Osteopathia of Young Cocks with Al-F Toxicosis

摘要 进行了高氟铝和铝对低龄鸡骨损害的实验。57 日龄雄鸡96 只随机分为8 组, 毒物加进饲料, 实验期3 个月。结果表明, 各高氟、高氟铝组骨氟均数倍于对照组, 低铝组骨氟显著升高; 单饲NaF 组骨铝增高近3 倍, 高氟铝组骨氟比NaF 组和病区玉米组低1/3 以上, 骨铝低约50 % ; 单饲铝达对照4 ~21 倍的骨铝与对照组接近。饲氟与骨氟r= 0-77 , 与骨铝r= 0-65 ; 饲铝与骨铝r= - 0-46 , 与骨氟r= - 0-53 ; 骨氟与骨铝r= 0-98 。各实验组肾、肝、脑铝均有升高,肾铝有显著意义( P< 0-01 ) 。各实验组成骨和破骨细胞数均减少, 骨小梁和类骨质量均下降, 四环素双标记均弥散, 出现与100 日龄实验鸡骨软化不同的骨发育不全和骨矿沉积紊乱的另一种铝骨病表现。发现铝对骨骼有非蓄积性损害, AlCl3·6H2O 的非蓄积损害阈值指数> 5 (2140/419 ) ;中铝组病变比低铝组和高铝组显著减轻; 生命的骨组织对铝有排斥, 可减轻损害的自身主动调节保护反应, 使剂量与效应呈非正性关系。 cocks of 57 days were randomly divided into 8 groups and fed with mixture of feed and toxicants for 3 months.The results showed that bone F content of high F and high F-Al groups were several times higher than that of controls.Bone F in low Al groups increased markedly. Bone Al in simple NaF groups increased by 3 times.Bone F of high F-Al groups was 1/3 lower than that of NaF groups and groups fed on corn from Al-F toxicosis areas,while hone Al was 50% lower.The bone Al of 3 high Al groups was close to that of controls. The correlation coefficients r of F taken with bone F,F taken with bone Al,Al taken with bone Al,Al taken with bone F,and bone F with bone Al were 0 71,0 65,-0 46,-0 53 and 0 98 respectively. Brain Al, liver Al,and kidney Al of treated groups were increased, especially in the groups fed on food with Al salt.There was a reduction of volume of bone lamella and osteoid,but the area and the width of them increased markedly.The numbers of osteoblasts and osteoclast reduced and the double mark of tetracycline diffused,which suggested that Al could limitedly reduce high F.While F would improve the accumulation of Al in bones.But under the conditions of high content of F-Al,Al accumulation in bones decreased markedly and the content of other bone elements changed to different degrees in the same time.As another kind of osteopathia and the disturbance of mine deposition,the osteopathological manifestation of these experimental cocks differed from those osteomalcia cocks of 100 days.
