克栓胶囊对实验大鼠血液流变学指标的影响

摘要 目的 观察克栓胶囊对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标的影响.方法 将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组:空白对照组,血瘀模型对照组,克栓胶囊高、中、低剂量组,阿司匹林对照组.均采用灌胃给药,除空白对照组外,其余各组于给药第七天,采用力竭游泳加注射肾上腺素的方式制备动物血瘀模型.而后心脏采血,进行血流变学分析.结果 血瘀模型对照组与空白对照组比较,全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳等指标升高(P〈0.01),具有显著性差异;克栓胶囊各剂量组全血高、中、低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳等指标显著改善,与血瘀模型对照组比较,差异显著(P〈0.05).结论 克栓胶囊具有降低血浆黏度、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞压积、全血低切、全血中切、全血高切的作用,能够改善血瘀模型大鼠的血流变性,增加血液流动性. Objective To study effects of Chinese medicine Keshuan capsule on the blood rheology of model rats with blood stasis syndrome.Methods 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model control group,high,medium and low-dose group,aspirin group,given the drug orally, on the seventh day, using exhaustive swim plus epinephrine injection methods preparation of animal model blood stasis,the useof cardiac blood for analysis of blood rheology.Results Compared with control group,whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity,hematocrit,erythrocyte electrophoresis time(P〈0.01)of blood stasis model group changed significantly;Keshuan capsule group in whole blood viscosity (high,middle and low shear),plasma viscosity, hematocrit,erythrocyte electrophoresis time significantly improved compared with the blood stasis model with significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion Keshuan capsule can reduce plasma viscosity, erythrocyte electrophoresis time,hematocrit,whole blood viscosity(low, middle and high shear),and can improve the blood flow changes in model rats and increase the role of blood flow.
