划船运动员大强度运动训练后免疫指标的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察大运动量训练前后运动员免疫相关指标的变化.方法 选取四川省水校2006年冬训期间在队训练的男性划船运动员19名,于训练前、后分别测试其免疫相关指标.结果 WBC、W-NCR在20d的大强度训练中无明显变化,但有下降趋势,训练第10d、20d时IgG较训练前显著下降,训练第20d时IgA较训练前显著下降,并存持续下降趋势,IgM训练前后无显著差异.结论 划船运动员大强度训练可致机体免疫功能受抑制,训练可能过量,在此期间应合理安排训练,警惕过度训练,防止疲劳发生,避免因免疫功能下降导致的感染. Objective After athletes have carried through the intensity training,we observed the change of indexes of immunity.Method We tested indexes of immunity of 19 man athletes of boating during 2006 winter training. Results WBC,W-NCR didin't appear sensitive changes,but had a downward trend within 20 days. IgG sensitively descended in the tenth and 20th days.IgA sensitively descended in the 20th days,and a sustained downward trend appeared.IgM didin' t appear sensitive changes. Conclusion During the great intensity training,athletes of boating can lead to suppressed immune function with overtraining.We should reasonably arrange for training to prevent the occurrence of fatigue and overtraining.And we need to avoid the infection due to the decline in immune function.
