进口奶牛胚胎移植效果的研究

Research on the Embryos Transfer Effect of Imported Dairy Cattle

2007年5月8日至2010年11月9日以来,笔者在北京奶牛中心良种场及中国农机院小王庄牛场移植进口奶牛胚胎。引进美、加系优质荷斯坦奶牛胚胎的目的是选育优秀后备种公牛和建立种子母牛群。截止2010年11月,累计使用胚胎369枚,移植受体牛367头,妊娠212头,平均移植妊娠率为60.40%。移植结果说明,本研究成功建立了一套先进的进口胚胎移植方法。

From May 8,2007 to November 9,2010,we transferred imported dairy cattle embryos in Breeding Farm of Beijing Dairy Cattle Center and Xiao Wang Zhuang of China Agricultural Machinery Institute.The entrance of holstein embryos from the United States and Canada were used to cultivate and breed superior bulls and cows of Holstein.Up to November 2010,total 369 embryos were used and 367 receptor cows were transplanted（with 15 cows not yet reached the pregnancy examination time）,of which 212 were pregnant,so the average pregnancy rate was 60.40%.The transplantation results illustrated that we have established a set of advanced technology for imported embryo transfer technology.
