外伤性肾上腺血肿的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of the Traumatic Adrenal Hematomas

目的 通过收集肾上腺血肿病例,总结分析外伤性肾上腺血肿的CT表现.方法 收集41例肾上腺血肿病例,总结其CT检查肾上腺血肿的大小、分布及密度,及其并发其他脏器损伤情况.结果 41例病人中发现45个肾上腺血肿,其中右侧29例,左侧8例,两侧4例,分别合并肝脾肾肺及椎体附件骨折.结论 肾上腺血肿通常单侧发生,右侧居多,常常合并其他脏器及椎体附件损伤.CT对肾上腺血肿诊断价值高,增强扫描有助于肾上腺血肿定性鉴别诊断,64排CT在肾上腺血肿诊断方面有较好的应用前景.

Objective To summarize and analysis the CT characteristic of the traumatic adrenal hematomas by collecting the cases of the adrenal hematomas.Methods By collecting the 41 cases of the adrenal hematomas,we summarized the size,distributing and density of the adrenal hematomas in CT scanning, and the complication of other visceral injury. Result 45 adrenal hematomas were diagnosed in 41 cases,with 29 right,8 left and 4 bilateral. Conclusion The adrenal hematomas usually occurred unilateral（mostly are right）,frequently combining the injuries of other viscera and vertebral accessories.CT has high value in diagnosis of the adrenal hematomas,and 64-row CT is promising in diagnosis of the traumatic adrenal hematomas.
