摘要
加氢反应器在高温、高压及有氢气和硫化氢介质存在的条件下运行,工作条件苛刻。文章针对加氢反应器不锈钢堆焊层出现的点腐蚀缺陷,进行了腐蚀机理分析,并提出了缺陷消除和修复措施。
Hydrogenation reactor works under severe conditions of high temperature,high pressure and the existing of sulfureted hydrogen as medium.In view of the spot corrosion flaw appearing in stainless steel overlay welding layer in hydrogenation reactor,this paper carries out an analysis of the corrosion mechanism and puts forward some ways to eliminate such flaw and repair measures.
