摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立法兰的力学模型,分别计算预紧工况和操作工况下的法兰应力分布,进而得出法兰的交变应力强度幅,并对其进行应力强度和疲劳强度评定。
In this paper,the analysis models of flange structure are made by means of finite element of ANSYS structure analysis software,and the total stress distribution is presented including preloaded condition and operating condition. Furthermore,the alternating stresses range is obtained.The stress and fatigue intensity are evaluated.
