STRESS ANALYSIS OF C-INDEPENDENT CARGO TANK IN LNG CARRIER

以回转薄壳的有力矩理论为基础,针对带防流体冲击结构的C型独立液货舱结构特征进行应力分析。对所研究的再液化装置的小型液化天然气船C型独立液货舱进行应力计算及评定,得出该液货舱结构强度满足要求。该理论分析与计算数据能给C型独立液货舱的有限元模拟分析提供参照。

This paper makes a stress analysis on the structural feature of C-independent cargo tank with anti fluid percussion structure based on the bending theory of gyro shell.It calculates and evaluates the stress of C-independent cargo tank on the small LNG carrier with re-liquefied equipment under research and the results indicate that the structural strength of the cargo tank meets the requirement.These theoretical analysis and computational data can provide a reference for the finite element simulation analysis of C-independent cargo tank.
