摘要
通过对制氢装置中变水冷却系统工艺条件、奥氏体不锈钢失效件服役介质的检测,并对失效件进行宏观、硬度测试、金相和电镜扫描检查,分析其服役的工作环境、条件和失效的状况,及其失效的原因,提出了防止此类部位不锈钢件失效防护措施。
In this paper,the process conditions and service medium of the austenitic stainless steel failure parts in the variable water—cooled hydrogen plant are tested.And macroscopic examination, hardness test,metallographic structure and SEM are carried out to check the failure parts in order to analyze the working environment and conditions,failure status and reasons of the failure parts.And preventive measures are put forward to prevent such failure of the stainless steel parts.
