摘要
介绍了高温高压Y型截止阀的国产化开发,阐述了该类阀门的结构特点、计算方法和试验验证。针对乙烯装置工况特点,在阀门设计、工艺、加工制造和试验等方面进行了大量的改进和创新工作,通过创新结构的运用,国产化阀门在高温高压使用工况下,其动作的可靠性、密封可靠性和流通能力都达到国际先进水平。
This article introduces the development of domestic high pressure and high temperature Y-type globe valve.It outlines the structure characteristics,calculation method and test certification of such valve.In accordance with the service characteristic of ethylene plant, much innovation and improvement are made to valve design,process,fabrication and test. Through the application of innovated structure, the operation reliability,sealing reliability and flow capacity of the homemade valve have reached an international advanced level in the operating condition of high temperature and high pressure.
