腹腔镜迷你胃转流术治疗2型糖尿病的术式演变及展望 被引量：1

摘要 目前手术治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)有了显著进展,其术式也分为多种,如可调控性胃束带术(ASGB术)、胆胰分流术(BPD术)、Roux-en-Y胃转流手术(RYGB术)、腹腔镜胃转流术(LRYGB术)、腹腔镜迷你胃转流术(LMGB术)等。本文将就LMGB术治疗T2DM的产生与发展作一综述,并就其手术机制及国内外对此术式的应用推广进行初步探讨。
