摘要
采用三氯甲烷作溶剂经气相色谱测定化妆品中氮芥。对化妆品中氮芥用萃取法进行富集,用具有氢火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱测定。结果发现该方法RSD均小于10%,加标回收率为88.8%～102.2%,最低检出限为0.3μg/g。该方法具有操作简单、快速准确的特点。
To give advice for determination of chlormethine in cosmetic by chloroform as solvent, chlormethine in cosmetic was enriched by extraction and determined by GC with FID detector. The results showed that the relative standard deviation （RSD） of this method is less than 10%, the recovery rate is 88.8% - 102.2%, the detection limit is 0.3μg/g. The method is rapid, esay to operate. It is a new idea to determine chlormethine in cosmetic.
