多层螺旋CT对胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的诊断价值

The Diagnosis Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in Solid Pseudopapillary Tumors of Pancreas

目的研究胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现特征,探讨多层螺旋CT对胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的诊断价值。资料与方法回顾分析经手术、病理证实的15例胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤患者的CT表现和临床资料。结果 11例为囊实性结构,2例以实性结构为主,其内伴有少量低密度区,2例以囊性结构为主,伴少量实性成分。15例肿块实性部分静脉期均较动脉期明显强化,且增强扫描各期肿块CT值均低于胰腺实质。15例患者中13例为女性。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤多层螺旋CT增强扫描具有典型的影像特点,对临床诊断及治疗具有重要的指导意义。

Objective To study the multi slice spiral CT （MSCT） features of solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas（SPTP）. Materials and Methods MSCT features of 15 cases of SPTP confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Thirteen cases were females. The tumors were big size. The tumors contained solid and cystic component in 11 cases, mostly solid component in 2 cases and mostly cystic component in 2 cases. The solid component of tumours showed enhancment on enhanced CT, but had lower density than pancreatic gland. Conclusion The Solid Pseudopapillary Tumors of the Pancreas have characteristic CT features. Multi slice Spiral CT is helpful for clinical diagnosis and guiding treatment.
