维药没食子对牙釉质脱矿抑制作用的研究

摘要 目的通过体外实验观察没食子对牙釉质表面脱矿的抑制作用,为维药没食子防治龋病的临床研究提供理论和实验依据。方法制备牛牙釉质标本60例,随机分为3组,分别为氟化钠组、没食子鞣质组、去离子水组,浸泡在脱矿液中3 d,同时将实验药物置入,观察对致龋过程的影响作用。通过荧光技术对实验过程进行波谱分析和荧光定量研究及扫描电镜进行定性研究。结果没食子组和氟化钠组(阳性对照)荧光量F值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),与去离子水组(阴性对照)比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维药没食子对离体牙釉质脱矿有抑制作用,在预防龋病的发生中具有一定作用。 Objective Based on experimental observation of bovine enamel in vitro,the effects of the natural medicine Aleppo gall on prevention of dental caries are studied.To provide a basis for the natural medicine to be used for the prevention of dental caries.Methods Sixty bovine enamel blocks were prepared and randomly divided into three treatment groups.The bovine enamel blocks were immersed in deminerlizing solution for three days and were treated with fluoride,Aleppo gall and deionized water,respectively.Observe the effects of the drugs in the course of the procession.The average fluorescence loss F and spectra were determined with quantitative light-induced fluorescence(QLF) and the morphological structure of enamel surface was described by SEM after treatment.ResultsIn the Aleppo gall group,⊿F was significantly greater than DDW(P0.05).There was no significant difference between the Aleppo gall group and fluoride group(P0.05).Conclusions These results showed that extracts of Aleppo gall can obviously inhibit physicochemical mineralization process of bovine enamel,so it appears to be a promising source of new agents that may prevent dental caries.
