摘要
为了探索316L不锈钢阴极保护有效控制电位,利用动电位极化曲线及恒电位极化法研究了316L不锈钢在天然海水和模拟闭塞液中的阴极极化行为,通过失重法研究了不同电位恒电位极化对316L不锈钢在模拟闭塞液中腐蚀控制的效果.研究表明:316L不锈钢在海水中适宜的阴极保护电位为-0.6~-0.9 V(vs.SCE),模拟闭塞液中阴极保护效率达到80%以上.
To explore the available cathodic protection potential for 316L stainless steel in seawater,the potentiodynamic polarization scan and potentiostatic polarization measurements were carried out in natural seawater and simulated occlusion solution.The effect of cathodic potential on localized corrosion was assessed by potentiostatic weight-loss tests,and the products on the 316L surface after polarization at different polarization potential were analyzed by stereo-microscope(SM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray detector(EDX).The results show that the appropriate cathodic protection potential is between-0.6^-0.9V(vs.SCE),and the cathodic protection efficiency surpasses 80% in simulated occlusion solutions.
