摘要
为直接制造具有复杂外形的个性化金属结构件,采用"设计-制造"两步成型法,将CT图像反求与正向建模方法结合,获得个性化的股骨、手术模板及舌侧矫正器CAD数据,通过选区激光熔化技术完全熔化316L不锈钢粉末,由正交试验优化成型工艺参数,然后,制取设计构件.讨论了光纤激光器的细小光斑对成型精度的影响,分析了层间错开扫描策略对成型件致密度的影响.研究表明,所获得的成型件尺寸精度高,致密度达到98%,微观组织致密,晶粒细小,成型效果良好.通过结合CT反求与选区激光熔化技术能够快速获得精度高,性能高的个性化金属件.
To directly manufacture customized metal parts with complex shape from 316L stainless steel powders,two-step way of design plus manufacture,including selective laser melting technology,CT reverse engineering and 3D modeling was adopted,and optimized technical parameters were obtained by orthogonal experiments.Results show that the dimensional accuracy of the parts is high;the relative density is 98%;and the micro-structure is fine.Moreover,the effect of laser diameter on dimensional accuracy and the effect of inter-layer stagger scan strategy on the density were analyzed.
