摘要 为研究铁屑热压成型工艺,将表面处理后的Q195切屑经压实、加热、热复压工序,得到具有一定强度和塑性的金属材料.通过压缩试验和金相观察,考察工艺参数对材料组织及性能的影响.研究表明:冷压烧结不能使金属切屑之间实现冶金结合,必需进行热复压;随着压制力及压制温度的提高,材料的密度和变形抗力增大;在小变形情况下,试件的变形抗力略低于原始Q195金属,当应变大于0.06时,与Q195趋于一致;含铜作为粘结剂的试件,铁屑与铜的结合致密,无裂纹及空穴出现;含铝作为粘结剂的试件,应变大于0.03时,试件破坏,铝的粘结作用失效. To study the hot press forming process of cutting scraps,a kind of material by compacting with treated cutting scraps of Q195 has been got by cold press,heating and hot repress.The effect of processing parameters on the microstructure and property are investigated by compression test and metallographic observation.The results show that hot repress is necessary,because metallurgical bonding is not formed in scraps by cold-press and sintering only.The density and deformation resistance of material is getting large with increase of pressing force and pressing temperature.The deformation resistance is slight lower than original Q195 under small strain but becomes the same as original Q195 when strain is larger than 0.06.The specimen with copper as adhesive is compact in scraps and there is no creak in it.The specimen with aluminum as adhesive will be invalidation when strain is larger than 0.03.
