摘要
旋转翼类截齿由于径向旋转翼难以充填,常规挤压工艺下金属不易充满模具型腔.本文针对该类工件特点提出了镦挤联合径向挤压的组合挤压新工艺,通过在模具闭合后施加径向挤压的方法,促进金属的径向流动,为径向难以充填的复杂零件成形提供了新思路,基于该方法为带旋转翼类截齿的生产提出了新工艺方案,通过数值模拟和实验研究表明该工艺方案不仅保证了成形质量,而且降低了成形力.
Since it is difficult to fill the rotary-wings of the pick with rotary-wing type,it is not easy to fill the die assembly with metal under conventional extrusion process.This paper presents a new technology of co-extrusion combining the upset-extrusion with radial-extrusion in the light of the characteristics of such work piece.This technology applies the method of radial-extrusion after die closure to advance radial metal flow and provides a new idea to form the complicated radial parts which are difficult to fill in.Based on above methods,a new technology program is presented for the production of rotary-wing type pick.Numerical simulation and experimental studies show that the technology program not only ensures the forming quality,but also reduces the forming force.
