变应性鼻炎治疗前后生活质量评估 被引量：2

摘要 变应性鼻炎（AR）是特应性个体接触变应原后由IgE介导的介质释放、并有多种免疫活性细胞和细胞因子等参与的鼻黏膜慢性炎症反应性疾病。近年来,随着国家工业化程度的提高,患病率呈上升趋势[1,2],其病情反复发作可引起支气管哮喘、变应性鼻窦炎等一系列严重并发症。
