激光重熔对纳米Ni-Al_2O_3复合镀层拉伸性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用喷射电镀方法在45钢基体表面制备了Ni-Al2O3纳米复合镀层,并对其进行了激光重熔处理。分析了Ni-Al2O3复合镀层和激光重熔层的微观组织,分别测试了基体材料、经过激光作用前后的复合镀层的拉伸性能。结果表明:在优化的实验参数条件下,喷射电镀工艺能够制备出1.44wt%的纳米Ni-Al2O3的复合镀层,镀有纳米复合镀层的试件抗拉强度和伸长率高于基体材料,经过激光重熔后的试件的抗拉强度和伸长率进一步提高。 Ni-Al2O3 nano-composition coating on the surface of 45 steel was prepared using jet-electroplating technology, then the coating was processed by laser remelting, the microstructure of laser cladding coating was analyed and tensile properties were tested. The results show that the nano-Al2O3 particles content in the composite which is fabricated by jet-electroplating under the optimum procession parameters is up to t.44 wt%. The tensile strength and extensibility of the nano-composition coating prepared by jet-electrodeposition are increased obviously compared with 45 steel substrate, and increased more by laser remelting.
