摘要
分析了热处理对X80管线钢显微组织的影响,采用失重法研究了试样在模拟地层水中的CO2腐蚀情况,观察试样的宏观腐蚀形貌,综合分析组织对X80管线钢CO2腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:X80钢经调质处理后得到索氏体,正火得到珠光体。调质处理后,试样较原始硬度都有所提高,850℃淬火+550℃回火试样的耐CO2腐蚀性能最好,腐蚀速率为0.5285 mm/a。X80管线钢的原始组织的腐蚀情况主要为点蚀,调质处理试样出现均匀腐蚀,而正火试样只是局部存在明显点蚀。
The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure of X80 pipeline steel were analyzed. The CO2 corrosion behavior of the samples in simulated oilfield produced fluids were studied by weight-loss method, and the macroscopic corrosion morphologies of the samples were observed. The effects of CO2 corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel with different microstructure organizations were researched synthetically. The results show that X80 pipeline steel obtains sorbite after quenching and tempering, gets pearlite by normalizing. The hardness of the treated specimens increases, the sample quenched at 850℃ and tempered at 550℃ has the best CO2 corrosion resistance, the corrosion rate is 0.5285 mrn/a. The corrosion mechanism of original microstructure for X80 pipeline steel is mainly pitting, the sample after quenching and tempering is uniform corrosion, and obvious pitting occurs only in local part of the sample as-normalized.
