钢纤维自密实混凝土管片力学性能的试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对传统混凝土管片中存在的问题,为推动新型隧道管片的发展以及为慕尼黑-维罗纳铁路隧道采用钢纤维混凝土管片提供设计依据,参照德国新近提出的对称倾角梁试验模型,研究了不同钢纤维掺量、钢筋配筋率对自密实混凝土管片力学性能的影响.结果表明:钢纤维可明显提高混凝土构件的承载力和韧性,将钢纤维自密实混凝土应用于地下工程,并用钢纤维部分替代钢筋切实可行. In order to solve problems existing in traditional concrete tunnel segments,promote the development of new type of tunnel lining segment in China and provide reference for adopting steel fibre reinforced concrete lining segments in Munich-verona railway tunnel,an experimental investigation was conducted to study the influence of steel fibre and steel rebar on the mechanical behaviour of the SCC tunnel segment by means of a newly developed testing method in Germany.The results show that the addition of steel fibers can enhance the load bearing capacity and toughness of the symmetric-incline beams.It is feasible to apply fiber reinforced SCC in underground engineering and partially replace traditional steel rebar by steel fiber.
