摘要 肝硬化患者常常表现为全身血管阻力下降和心输出量增加的高动力循环状态,但是由于机体不同部位扩血管和缩血管作用的不平衡,各组织器官的血管床处于不同的灌注水平和异常的循环状态,此改变在疾病的发生发展过程中起重要作用。本文就肝硬化时各器官血液循环的病理生理改变作一综述。 Although the hyperdynamic syndrome in cirrhosis reflects increased cardiac output and reduced systemic vascular resistance,it covers the imbalance between vasodilating and vasoconstricting forces which contributes to an abnormal distribution and infusion of blood volume in the vascular areas of organs.With the progression of the liver disease the abnormal circulation bears a significant relationship with the severity of the cirrhosis.This review summarizes the pathophysiology of organ circulation.
