风湿疾病患者应用免疫抑制剂后乙型肝炎病毒再激活 被引量：2

摘要 30多年前,对乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）抗原抗体还只能进行半定量检测的时候,Wand等[1]首先报道了抗原阳性的血液肿瘤患者化疗后出现抗原滴度增加,继而肝酶增加。自那以后,更多报道证实化疗或使用免疫抑制剂患者出现HBV再激活导致肝脏炎症[2]。后来,
