计算机断层扫描血管造影评价复杂冠状动脉病变的认识

摘要 近年来,随着多排螺旋计算机断层扫描(MDCT)软硬件技术的不断更新发展,64排螺旋CT、双源CT(dual source CT,DSCT)、320排螺旋CT等相继问世,并在临床工作中广泛应用,使冠心病的无创检查开启了新纪元[1]。应用无创伤、几乎没有危险和并发症的冠状动脉CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)技术,患者在一次屏气的时间(5~15 s),甚至更短的时间(1 s)内,
