摘要 系统生物学的飞速发展促使科学研究体系发生了巨大变化,研究理念从以往的"个体论"过渡到当今的"整体论"。而各种"组学"的研究也应运而生,代谢组学即是其中一个重要分支。代谢物是细胞生理活动的最终产物。当细胞所处环境发生变化,如遗传信息改变、毒物药物作用、细菌病毒侵入等时,均会使细胞产生的内源性生物小分子发生相应变化,
