脱发患者心理、精神和生活质量状况的初步研究 被引量：13

摘要 长久以来,对脱发临床治疗和研究主要着重于疾病本身.近年来,我们发现越来越多的秃发患者还同时伴随不同程度的心理、精神问题.国外的学者已逐渐把目光投注于脱发患者的心理问题,并出现了诊疗模式的转变.临床上,由于雄激素源性脱发和斑秃是两种最常见的毛发疾病,自然成为脱发对心理影响的研究焦点.本研究以脂溢性秃发和斑秃患者为对象,采用Zung抑郁自评量表、Zung焦虑自评量表和皮肤病生活质量指数,就秃发导致的焦虑和抑郁两大心理精神问题,以及对患者生活质量的影响进行调查.
