Her-2在中枢神经系统肿瘤方面的研究进展

摘要 Her-2(Human Epithelial Receptor Type 2)作为一种原癌基因参与多种肿瘤的发生发展,中枢神经系统肿瘤亦存在Her-2表达,尤其是恶性脑肿瘤。目前科研工作者对Her-2在中枢神经系统肿瘤进展中的作用机制进行了大量研究,并针对性进行了分子靶向及免疫治疗的研究。本文将从以上方面对Her-2在脑肿瘤方面的研究作以综述。
