早期结直肠癌淋巴结转移的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 早期结直肠癌是指癌变组织浸润不超过黏膜下层者，与有无淋巴结转移无关。相当于临床Duke’S分期中的Duke’SA期癌和TNM分期中的Tis期（原位癌）和T1期癌（肿瘤侵及黏膜下层）。曾经的观点认为早期结直肠癌不会发生淋巴结转移，
