摘要
目的研究茶多酚(TPs)对血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)诱导的血管内皮细胞(VEC)游离钙离子浓度([Ca2+]i)的调节作用。方法将VEC分为四组:Ang-Ⅱ10-7mol/L组(A组)、Ang-Ⅱ10-7mol/L+TPs 5 mg/L组(B1组)、Ang-Ⅱ10-7mol/L+TPs 25 mg/L组(B2组)及空白对照组(C组)。用激光共聚焦显微镜测量各组细胞的[Ca2+]i。结果与C组相比,A组[Ca2+]i增高(P<0.01);而B1、B2组[Ca2+]i明显低于A组(P<0.01),且B2组[Ca2+]i低于B1组(P<0.01)。结论 TPs对Ang-Ⅱ诱导的[Ca2+]i增加具有剂量依赖性的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the regulating effect of tea polyphenols(TPs) on angiotensin-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)-induced calcium concentration(/i) in vascular endothelial cells(VECs).Methods The VECs were divided into four groups of A(Ang-Ⅱ 10-7mol/L),B1(Ang-Ⅱ 10-7mol/L+TPs 5 mg/L),B2(Ang-Ⅱ 10-7mol/L+TPs 25 mg/L) and C(normal control).Intracellular /i was detected by laser confocal microscopy.Results Compared with group C,/i was increased in group A(P0.01)./i in groups of B1 and B2 was lower than that in group A(P0.01)./i in group B2 was lower than that in group B1(P0.01).Conclusion TPs can dose-dependently protect the vascular endothelial cell injury induced by Ang-Ⅱ-associated /i increase.
