炎症相关因子IL-1β,TGF-β及MCP-1在肝细胞肝癌的表达 被引量:11

Expressions of inflammation-associated factors IL-1β,TGF-β and MCP-1 in human hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 目的研究人类肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中炎症相关因子与人类HCC发生的相关性。方法用免疫组化方法分析96例HCC组织及其对应的癌旁组织和40例正常肝组织中白细胞介素1β(IL-1β),转化生长因子β(TGF-β)及单核细胞趋化因子1(MCP-1)的表达水平。对慢性肝炎患者体内IL-1β的表达水平与HCC发生之间的相关性进行研究。结果正常肝组织中,IL-1β、TGF-β和MCP-1均为阴性表达;HCC组织中IL-1β、TGF-β和MCP-1的阳性率分别为7.3%(7/96)、5.2%(5/96)和9.3%(9/96),均明显低于对应癌旁组织的92.7%(89/96)、89.6%(85/96)和98.0%(94/96),IL-1β在慢性肝炎患者的体内高表达与HCC的发生呈正相关(r=0.782,P<0.05)。结论炎症相关因子IL-1β、TGF-β和MCP-1在人类HCC癌旁组织中高表达,且与HCC的发生密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of the expressions of inflammation-associated factors and human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods With immunohistochemistry(IHC),interleukin(IL)-1β,transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) were detected in HCC and tumor-adjacent tissue of 96 HCC cases and in 40 samples of normal liver tissue.The correlation between level of IL-1β and HCC incidence was analyzed by Spearsman test.Results The expressions of IL-1β,TGF-βand MCP-1 were negetive in all normal liver tissue.The expression rates of IL-1β,TGF-βand MCP-1 were 7.3%(7/96),5.2%(5/96) and 9.3%(9/96) in HCC,which were significently lower than 92.7%(89/96),89.6%(85/96) and 98.0%(94/96) in tumor-adjacent tissue.Significant correlation between HCC incidence and IL-1β expression was verified by Spearsman test(r=0.782,P0.05).Conclusion Inflammation-associated factors IL-1β,TGF-β and MCP-1 are highly expressed in human HCC-adjacent tissues and related to genesis of human HCC.
